Ik keur redelijk wat shows in het buitenland. Niet om hier dus te melden, maar in oktober van dit jaar was ik een flink eind op pad in Zuid Afrika. Het is toch interessant om te zien hoe de dobermannpopulatie er aan de andere kant van de aardbol bij staat. Uitstekend, dacht ik zo.

RM Modny Mustang

The Winner show in Amsterdam is the largest International dog show in Holland. More interest of the local dog owners, more foreign participants and also a stronger competition. My kennel was represented by six dogs. The most successful was Russkaja Mechta Modny Mustang. This impressive dog won the champion class and subsequently became Best Male, CAC, CACIB and WINNER 2012. This is a great end of his career in the Netherlands. He did win everything in the Netherlands. He is Dutch Junior Champion, Dutch Champion, Dutch Club Winner and WINNER- Amsterdam. With this last title he obtained his qualifications for Crufts.

His children were representad in the Junior classes Russkaja Mechta Partizan Pantowy and his sister Prada Parada were placed second and third excellent. The other adults Russkaja Mechta Ognenny Oblik did very well in the intermediate class and was second also. In the open class bitches were much more participants and the competition was much stronger. Our Russkaja Mechta Mina Malina did very well, she handled the competition very well and was rewarded also with the honorable second place. The greatest pleasure for me was to lead my favorite Zanoza iz Zoosfery through the ring. A sense of pride for my old veteran lady did not leave me. In her nearly 12th years of age, she was in great shape and has shown that movement where every young dog would envy her for. We had a great time at the show and I congratulate all the participants with good results.

The Winner show in Amsetrdam is de grootste Internationale honden show in Nederland. Meer belangstelling van de plaatselijke hondenbezitters, meer buitenlanders en dus meer concurrentie. Mijn kennel werd vertegenwoordigd door zes honden. De meest succesvolle was Russkaja Mechta Modny Mustang. Deze indrukwekkende hond won de kampioensklasse, nadien werd hij Beste Reu, CAC, CACIB en de WINNER2012. Dit is een geweldig einde van zijn carrière in Nederland. Hij heeft in Nederland alles gewonnen.  Hij is Nederlands Jeugdkampioen, Nederlands Kampioen, Winnaar Nederlandse Dobermann Club en Winner van Amsterdam. Met deze laatste WINNER-titel is hij gekwalificeerd voor Crufts.

Zijn kinderen Russkaja Mechta Partizan Pantowy en zijn zus Prada Parada, die in de Junior klasse werden voorgebracht, werden als tweede en derde geplaatst in de klassen met uitstekend. De andere volwassenen Russkaja Mechta Ognenny Oblik deed het uitstekend in de tussenklasse en eindigde ook op de tweede plaats. In de open klasse teven waren veel meer deelnemers en de concurrentie was veel sterker. Onze Russkaja Mechta Mina Malina deed het erg goed en werd gewaardeerd met de eervolle tweede plaats. Het grootste plezier voor mij was het uitbrengen in de ring van mijn favoriete Zanoza iz Zoosfery. Ik liep daar met een heel sterk gevoel van trots voor mijn oude veteraan dametje.Op de leeftijd van bijna 12 jaar, is ze in uitstekende conditie en heeft een gangwerk getoond waar een jonge hond jaloers op kan zijn. We hadden een geweldige tijd op de show Ik feliciteer alle deelnemers met hun goede resultaten. Keuringen zijn uitgevoerd door (handige) Ole Staunskjaer uit Denemarken.

But the surprise was our 11 month young Russkaja Mechta Partizan Pantowy. He was not only Best Junior but was also in the final selection considered as Best of Breed before his father. This is a nice compliment for me as a breeder and for his father Mustang as a good producer. It is a rather serious statement about yourself when at the age of 11 months you beat your father. Later in the honour ring of the second groop he entered the top ten. But in the competence among the best juniors of all breeds he was rated even higher. Partizan became Third Best Junior of the Eurodogshow and was awarded a special trophy of Mr. Henri Misselyn for the best Youth Dobermann.

It was a great day for us, we drove home with a lot of prices, to the birthday party of my daughter who turned 15 and had to miss her mom that day.

Maastricht international CAC/CACIB, Saterday the 26th of September 2009. Russkaja Mechta Elbin Egor was choosen by judge Mrs. A. Whitmarsh as Best Of Breed. With this qualification the DUTCH CHAMPIONS TITLE was his part. His performance in the ring was excellent and the audience agreed with this choice for BOB. During his honor-ring presentation, the overwhelming reaction of the audience made it even more clear: ELBIN EGOR is a wonderful dog.

At he same time another young dog from my kennel - Russkaja Mechta Jasny Jar - has started his show carrier. Russkaja Mechta Jasny Jar, 4th, very good junior class This one year old very promising youngster be- came 4th, very good, in junior class. Congratu- lations to the owners.

Deze prestigieuze show is alleen toegankelijk voor geïnviteerde honden. Top van de top ofwel crème de la crème, dat is in de Nederlandse kynologie de betekenis van de Hond van het jaar Show. Een Feestje op zich, met alle toebehorende attributen, ... een groene catwalk, spotlights, flitsende pers, alles echt. De Deelnemmers zijn stuk voor stuk bijzonderheden. Alleen de honden die het hoogst hebben gepresteerd in de loop van het jaar worden door de Koninklijke club Cynophylia voor deelname uitgenodigd. Russkaja Mechta Modny Mustang was één van deze. Als enige Dober stond hij op de planken tussen andere knappe honden. Het Deelnemen was spannend op zich en je moet alles goed en netjes doen en je presenteren met cachet... Nou, onze jongen heeft het uitstekend gedaan, trok me niet eens onderuit. Trots gestaan en mooi gelopen. Hij werd gezien en hij was uit twee grote groepen gekozen bij de beste 10 selektie! Een super mooie dag en ik ben trots op hem.
